I had a great time earlier this year creating my fantastic 2021 collection ‘Marcella’ which I am super proud of!
Inspired by clean lines, strong structures, and the movement of light, I’ve already had some great successes with it and featured in Estetica Magazine and made it to other countries too including a great feature in a German publication.
Feedback amongst my peers has been amazing and it just goes to show why it’s worth creating annual collections and really pushing your creative boundaries.
This was something that I had enjoyed in my early career and which I was keen to return to after I had been forced to hang up my scissors for so long during lockdown. It really invigorated my passion for hairdressing, and I couldn’t wait to get back to looking after all my clients and working on some amazing images. Last year was my Valentina collection, this year Marcella. What will 2022 bring?
Most excitingly though is that I have finalised at the British Hairdressing Awards with just a few short weeks now until the winners are revealed!
